Shipping Policy
Processing of Orders
Orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is between 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). Please note that during peak shopping seasons or our mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Order Cancellations and Re-orders
If you cancel or do not receive your order for any reason, an advance payment of Rs. 500 will be required on your next order.

Advance Payment Requirement
For orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, a 10% advance payment is required at the time of purchase.

Delivery Locations
We will deliver to the home or office address you provide during the order process. Please ensure the address is accurate for successful delivery.

PO Box Delivery
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will make at least two delivery attempts to the address you provide.

Refund Policy
If you choose to return your complete order according to our exchange and return policy, a fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
